I was looking for for someone to scan a large family portrait from the 1800's. I had tried many locations with no luck. I happened to be at Mister Frame for another purpose and asked them if they could do anything. They do not have a scanner but they said they could photograph it for me. I ended up having two pictures done. One of which is a large, framed chalk portrait of my Great Grandmother.They turned out wonderful. The clearness of both is incredible and the colours look even better than the originals.Extremely impressed with the care and quality of the team at Mister Frame

I have been working with Alicia at Mister Frame for a few years now. I have a fairly significant ongoing project...historically preserving our company's 70 years in business. Nothing had been done for the past 20 years. I took this on and wanted the frames and the matting matched to existing projects hanging in our head office. Alicia did an excellent job getting the right product and assisting in layout. I will keep up with this project now as 20 years catch up is a great deal of work. Thank you Alicia for getting this done on time (with holidays- me then her- we were in a time crunch) and for getting them to fit so seamlessly to the first set of frames. So happy with the service from Mister Frame! We received a limited print from an art dealer in the U.S. and it came with ripples in how it was mounted. It was something we were definitely not satisfied and didn’t think could be fixed. But after the dealer found Mister Frame to address the issue, they did a phenomenal job remedying it for us and now it flatly mounted. Dropped off a photo and two pieces of art to have framed a few weeks ago. Wes helped me choose matting, frames, glass, and made suggestions as I shared what I was looking for. When the frames ended up being back ordered, his communication was quick, and again he helped me find something very similar for the same pricing. I picked up my pieces last week and am very impressed the with quality, as well as the attention to detail (removing a description from the back of the one of the pieces, and reattaching it to the new backing). Communication and service throughout the process was top notch, and I will dropping off some more things for them to frame soon! #supportlocal

Went to Michaels for particular frame I wanted but as I started explaining my project I get stopped and get inform they cannot help me with my frame. Disappointed i walked away and one of the staff member referred to me Mister Frame. Never heard of it before so there I went and I couldn't be more happy than this. They will help you with any questions you could possibly have when it comes to cross stitch and are amazing at suggesting alternatives. There is a huge selection of overdyed floss and fabric. This is my second review!! See original 5 star review below!!I brought in my McDavid autograph on a print. Connor McDavid was kind enough to draw an ice skate on the picture for me. Mr Frame etched the ice skate into the mat. This detail takes the picture from great to unbelievable!!!Anything you can imagine they can put in a frame. Best in the City!!FIRST REVIEW -We had out two puzzles framed! We already had attempted to frame one so they fixed/installed it then matched the frame exactly for the other puzzle. We could not be more excited to have these beautiful pieces hung on our wall. THANKS MR FRAME!!
