Went to Michaels for particular frame I wanted but as I started explaining my project I get stopped and get inform they cannot help me with my frame. Disappointed i walked away and one of the staff member referred to me Mister Frame. Never heard of it before so there I went and I couldn't be more happy than this. Mr Frame etched the ice skate into the mat. This detail takes the picture from great to unbelievable!!!Anything you can imagine they can put in a frame. Best in the City!!FIRST REVIEW -We had out two puzzles framed! We already had attempted to frame one so they fixed/installed it then matched the frame exactly for the other puzzle. I always have a great experience at Mr. Frame. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They take as much time as you need to get exactly the frame you want for your project. They also know how to frame many different types of objects from shadow boxes to collages.They are fair and upfront about how things are priced and have lots of options for different budgets. Less

The experience I have had with Mr. Frame, specifically with Alicia, has been nothing short of AMAZING! I want to first say that I have been a customer for a few years now and have attached a couple of photos of the work that has been put together by these wonderful people, now hanging on the walls in my home. The quality of the work is outstanding and I will likely not service any other framing shops in the future. Not only did Alicia provide great advice as to the type of frames for me to consider (based on the information I provided to her regarding my wall colors), she also came to my home and hung the pieces!! (I will endeavor to ensure I have decaf coffee for you next time Alicia). During the install we chatted about music, interior design and life in St. Albert; the company was wonderful. Alicia is an asset to Mr. Frame and I certainly hope that they reflect on their fortune in having such a vibrant, charismatic woman choosing to work for them. My husband took some prints in that were not quite the right size for frames we already had. The measurements were off by a very small amount. We didn't want to cut them crooked ourselves, so we took them to Mister Frame. They cut them perfectly and didn't charge us! Amazing service. Less

Great place. I had a picture canvas stretched and framed. They weren't the cheapest quote among 4 quotes but not the most expensive either. However, they were the most confident, knowledgeable and helpful in the process so I went with them. They didn't disappoint and finished earlier than expected. I came into the St. Albert location on a Tuesday with a last minute birthday idea for my son whose birthday was on the following Sunday. I was framing a sports photo of him to look like the other professional athletes photos he had on his wall. I really had no hope that they could turn it around so quickly but Alicia thought it may be possible, no promises. Not only did they have it done by Friday but they did an amazing job, with the matting and engraved name plate to look like his other framed pro athlete photos.
