Well THAT was easy! I have a rug that I absolutely love but was very dirty due to having work done in my house and two dogs. They picked it up from my back porch, made it clean and beautiful, and dropped it off before the Thanksgiving holiday! Absolutely amazing! Money well spent!

I had 5 rugs cleaned by The Rug Resort and they did an amazing job. We had a cat who was at the end of his life and, once we lost our cat, I had to do a thorough cleaning of all the rugs. I had 4 Pottery Barn wool rugs and one one really fluffy rug and they look very clean right now. The gentleman who picked them up and brought them back was super nice. Would absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend them.

They are in Fairhaven and I’m in Onset and they picked up my rug, thoroughly cleaned it and made it look like new and returned it to me. This was a braided rug we no longer wanted to use and put in the cellar years ago just to soften walking on cement down there. We weren’t trying to keep it clean and my husband did all kinds of work down there and got quite a few stains on it. Then my daughter bought a 300 year old house and was looking for braided rugs and this one was made to look new again! Also, very responsive to email quote requests, and a live, helpful person always answers the phone. Great customer service!

Rug resort has been fantastic to work with! The customer service is top notch (hard to find these days). Their work is awesome. I have an elderly cat who does a number on my area rug and they have it looking like new every year. They are courteous when coming to house and super fast. I had 3 rug cleaned. All came back in excellent, clean condition. I’ve waited about a month to write my review because with 3 dogs and a cat I wanted to see how they held up. They are all still looking like new. It was a great value for the price and with pick up and delivery right to your door, it’s a no brainer. I will definitely use them again when needed and will recommend them to my family and friends.
