Dexter is the best instructor. He's an amazing instructor that keeps students engaged, learning, and most importantly, fall in love with bartending. He's got tons of stories that will help you personally remember the drinks and having you laughing, and his involvement really represents the essence of valuing community. Regarding the course itself, it is incredibly thorough and will teach you things you will never have thought to learn from just Youtube or courses online. This course really makes you realize how important in-person instruction for bartending is, and they do it right.
