We bought a mattress about 2 months ago. I like my mattress firm but with some soft supportive. They had the perfect mattress for us. We have been sleeping comfortably since we bought it. The price was right, no stinky chemical smells and the salesman was very upbeat and personable helping us to find the perfect bed that we both could live with. The delivered and took the old mattress making it a very easy exchange. We will definitely be back again in the future.

I walked in knowing pretty much what I wanted; Brett helped me figure out what softness I wanted. Carried my purchase and got it loaded on the van. We had twine to tie it down, but was struggling to get it tied off; so he pulled out some much better rope and then helped secure it all with ease. Made it all look effortless. A 15 minute visit if even that.Brett is a credit to himself and to his company. Give that man a raise! :)

We had the best experience with Steven at Mack Mattress. Big purchases can be so nerve-wrecking, and he helped to make buying a new mattress so simple and straight forward. He knew all the right questions to ask, to figure out a best fit for both myself and my husband. Steven was also very knowledgeable in the technology inside the mattress, which gave us so much confidence in the product we were purchasing. We have had the BEST sleep on our new mattress & will be recommending this company to all of our friends in the future.

Great store, knowledgeable engaging guy I interacted with. I went to a few stores along Sawm road on a Friday, went back to Mack on Monday and made my purchase. I learned to go to a mattress store and not a furniture store if you just want a mattress. Mattress Firm was a close second behind Mack as I visited 4-5 stores but Mack was the best product and price with no pressure salesman.
