Great place to get away. It was quiet and cozy with a great porch for listening to nature and reading. The place was what my wife and I needed. It is close to Clemson Marina where we rented a boat for 2 days and enjoyed the lake.

Stefanie’s place was superb! It was easy to check-in as we were greeted by a welcome screen and pleasant music. The home provided all the amenities we were looking for. We enjoyed corn hole and frisbee golf in the back yard as well as smores on the fire pit. The swamp rabbit cafe and Paris Mountain state park were only a few minutes drive away. The location was perfectly situated.

I needed some time away to reset and recharge and Stefania’s place was the perfect choice. I absolutely adore this cottage like home right near the lake. It is beautifully done and Stefania is an excellent host. I would’ve stayed forever if I could’ve! I enjoyed working from the dining room table, cuddling on the couch and watching Netflix, taking the paddleboard out, and exploring Sadlers Creek State Park nearby. I can’t say enough about this home and definitely recommend it.

This place was perfect! We had a few minor issues and questions and they were answered and fixed promptly! None of which deterred from our stay! The host has thought of everything all the little details in the kitchen, including two different coffee pots with pods so you could pick your perfect way to start the morning. Make up remover lotion, Q-tips, other thoughtful amenities in the bathroom! Tons of games, towels for the lake as well as paddle boards and lifejackets for safety! Not to mention the perfect pup basket with everything our furry family member could need! This place is amazing. It felt just like home! And we enjoyed the lake and the wildlife from the back deck! If I’m back in the Anderson area, this is definitely the place. I’ll be staying! Thank you so much. We had a perfect trip!

😀 - I got in at 2 AM due to delays on my flight, I wasn't able to find the pin code to get in the house and even at 2 AM the host answered and was extremely nice and more than willing to help me get in. Through out the trip she was very communicative and so sweet. Best host I have worked with! The house is extremely cute and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every detail to ensure that you have everything you need on your trip. Would 100% recommend staying here :)

Portman Cove is absolute perfection! Stefania thought of every detail.We stayed for a milestone weekend, our daughter’s Clemson orientation and her final senior soccer game in the SC North vs. South showcase. It was the perfect home base for such a special trip.The house is stocked like you actually live there: spices, a fully loaded kitchen, French press, Keurig, and all the household supplies you’d ever need. Nothing was missing.Our dogs were treated like royalty with a pickle toy, treats, bowls, and blankets waiting for them. They felt right at home, and so did we.The space is beautifully decorated with bistro lights, a comfortable living room, lovely dining area, and a balcony with a wooded view and glimmer of the lake — perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.The paddleboards and Shoals Cove drop-in were effortless and joyful. Portman Marina and The Galley were a short walk with great food . Stefania’s thoughtfulness created the perfect home for our vaca! 🐾⚽️

This was our first trip to Greenville and the house met all of our needs. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and making pizzas with the outside pizza oven. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The house is a short bike ride from the trail and they provided two bikes. I would recommend staying here. The hosts are lovely as well. They shared excellent restaurant suggestions for my husband’s birthday weekend.
