He had our clogged drain lines cleared redid some poorly designed piping and gave us very helpful instructions to hopefully maintain our A/C in the future. I called MSC as a 2nd quote on an A/C unit that I thought was done for (according to my 1st estimate) when Drake came out and looked it over and did some testing I found out I only needed a couple of new part and only spent $290. When I was looking at $5000+ for a whole new unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they were honest and saved me thousands!! I will do business with them always. Thank you Drake for being so professional and honest and taking good care of my needs and treating me like a loyal customer when I was a first time caller.8/2026 Update: I’ve used this company a few times since this last post, still an AMAZING company, I highly recommend this company, everyone I have met are friendly, and very well knowledgeable, as well as fast and reliable, outside fan motor went out and called at 630 AM they called me back by 7:30 and had someone here by 8:15!! Great experience. Came out same day. Resolved the dripping water issue on the mini split in less than an hour. Explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was extremely polite. Also explained they offer a membership which covers two cleanings per year. Well worth the price!!!! I like they are a local small business, but have many years of experience throughout their team.

I initially scheduled a service call because I was concerned my system wasn’t running correctly. Heather in the office was very professional and scheduled me with Jasper. Jasper came out and did find some issues so he had to come back to address. He worked hard to find a solution and in addition Mike, the owner got involved. Josh (another tech) and Jasper came out and worked together to complete the job. Something was still not right after they left and Jasper promptly returned to address. The system wasn’t running correctly still but it was running and cooling. The next day (Saturday), Josh was on call and came out and found a few other issues and corrected them and now the system works better than it did before. I thought the price of the service was reasonable and the professionalism and quick response of the entire MSC team was impressive.

Amazing service!!! If there were more stars I could give, I would! Jasper is a very down to earth worker & connects with his clients on the proper ac unit they need! After 25 years the dinosaur unit we had needed to go. Jasper told us what we needed & the office for us a quote in a matter of minutes. MSC serviced our house today putting in a brand new top of the line unit inside & out, all in one day! They worked really hard & we can’t thank Master Service company enough for what they did for us!
