Plumbers who work well and who are fair & honest, are very difficult to find. So, when you got one don’t let him go, hang on to him, John is one of those 👍

I called Yani on a Saturday morning trying to find a plumber last minute to unblock a sewer drain. He wasn't available on the Saturday, but said he would attend on the Sunday for the same price. He arrived Sunday morning as promised & went above & beyond to unblock the drain & even used his drain camera to inspect what was causing the blockage, at no extra cost.He was also super helpful in running through a plan to repair the issue we found. Can't thank, or recommend Yani enough.Great service & great price. 10/10 for sure. 👍

Would 100% use Oxy Plumbing again and have passed their details onto our friends and family. They were unable to come and look at our blocked drain during the week, but still made the effort on a Sunday morning to fix the issue - and didn’t charge a call out fee or weekend surcharge! Super easy to deal with, and gives honest and frank advice. Highly recommend using Oxy for your plumbing needs!

Fantastic service, no call out fee, a plumber that cares that you are happy with everything before he leaves. Good old fashioned service that was most appreciated. And someone who actually listens thank you for your exceptional service and for cleaning up and using the vacuum 😀

Yanni did an outstanding job installing a heat pump. He went above and beyond. Firstly, helping relocate the 140kg heat pump to the right location with tricky terrain/slope to navigate (which was hard work to start off with), when even the delivery driver wasnt willing to relocate. He then took pride in his workmanship, and spent quite a while doing the install to ensure if is done properly. He then patiently explain to me the basics of its operation, maintenance etc.Lasly, he siliconed my toilet and teach me how to install toilet seat/lid covers. Nothing is too hard/difficult for him. Polite, courtesy, honest and hard worker. Yanni is now my plumber for life. Thank you.

Had my hot water system replaced with a heat pump. Yanni arrived on time. Did a great job on the system itself and also was an excellent communicator, keeping me information about the progress of the job and then explaining how to use the new system. Will definitely go back to Oxy for future plumbing work and would highly recommend to others.

Really helpful swift service, Yanni came over to check out a leak that was going from our shower into our bedroom late on a Friday evening and gave really good advice at different price points including options that involved other service providers. He's professional and honest.

Hot water system burst at investment property. Tenants were upset as this is a share house and I needed a solution urgently. Oxy plumbing came highly recommended by a friend, so I check their reviews and gave them a call. As this was an urgent matter, it was given high priority. The team attended within an hour, provided me two quote options, and had the hot water system working perfectly hours later. I'm totally impressed with the service and pricing. These guys take no shortcuts, upgraded my pipework removed all the rubbish, and left everything spotless. They have a customer for life here. Thanks again Yianni and the team. 👍
