If you have a BMW, this is the place to go! We've been taking our car to the dealership ever since owning the vehicle and have been less than impressed with the service and lack of owner experience that BMW used to provide before being part of Autonation and Sonic.We needed to have the control arms on our BMW fixed rather quickly and North Houston Beemer was able to get me in ASAP and finish the work the same day. On top of that, the pricing was far better than the dealership. More importantly, you can tell they are passionate about what they do and truly care about the customer.Highly recommend.

After a very disappointing visit at the Mini dealership, I decided to try this place—and I’m glad I did.The service has been consistently professional, straightforward, and efficient. They take good care of my car and make the whole process easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when trusting someone with your vehicle.So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here. On 3/18/26 I brought my BMW 428i to Mr. Juan after reading great reviews about his shop. I had an oil leak and he called me the same day to let me know if was an oil pan gasket. He made the repairs and recommended other issues which I went ahead and had done. What really impressed me was his honesty about a rear view camera that wasn’t working. He found a bad fuse for the camera. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again but if I do I’ll be happy to bring it to them. Thanks. Vincent Herrera.
