I’ve now taken my Mini Countryman twice to North Houston Beemer for an oil change, and both experiences have been great. After a very disappointing visit at the Mini dealership, I decided to try this place—and I’m glad I did.The service has been consistently professional, straightforward, and efficient. They take good care of my car and make the whole process easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when trusting someone with your vehicle.So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here. I definitely recommend North Houston Beemer, and for now, this is where I’ll be bringing my Mini for service.

On 3/18/26 I brought my BMW 428i to Mr. Juan after reading great reviews about his shop. I had an oil leak and he called me the same day to let me know if was an oil pan gasket. He made the repairs and recommended other issues which I went ahead and had done. What really impressed me was his honesty about a rear view camera that wasn’t working. He found a bad fuse for the camera. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again but if I do I’ll be happy to bring it to them. Thanks. Vincent Herrera.
