MMNM moved my household a few days ago, the whole process could not have gone better. First off, the online request a quote works. I selected the company from an internet search for regional movers, filled in the quote information, had an estimate that evening. I accepted, scheduled for 2 weeks later, they were in touch before the move to confirm. The move was a long, hard day (I had more stuff than I thought), lot of white furniture and fragile stuff. The Best of the Best! Although I had reserved these movers a week or so ahead of time, a totally unplanned incident occurred that had me calling them after business hours & 6 days earlier than our original agreement to ask if there was any way possible for them to come ASAP. Although their schedule was booked solid until my planned move, they manipulated their schedules around and by around noon the Next day, I had 3 very strong, amazingly polite, and energetic young men & a moving truck in my driveway. Within about 3.5 hours, they had loaded and strapped in the entire household + we were off to my storage unit. Once there, it didn't take them long to carefully move appliances, boxes of books, antique glass and furniture, glass dining room china hutch, etc. into the unit in an orderly fashion.
