It's an understatement to say how understanding and friendly this company was. We had just moved to the states with almost nothing in our pockets, and yet they still worked with us to get us the car we needed. I like over-analyzing, so let me talk details.This is a family-owned business, so walking in feels like you're just walking into a home. They all work very hard for multiple hours everyday, and their effort creates a lot of good opportunities for their customers. The guy we worked with was super eager to talk to us and explain the whole process of how payment worked. On top of that, they were incredibly patient with us when we were falling short on payment or having issues with money.We had gotten a Nissan Leaf initially, but immediately realized after purchasing that it didn't match our needs like we wanted it to. When we brought up our issues, they gave us a chance to trade it back in for a different vehicle in their lot. Because of that, we're now absolutely in love with our Mazda 3!Some side notes:Appearances are deceiving! This applies two ways! Firstly, don't think this place doesn't have a car for you. If you don't see any to your liking, check it out the next week because they add stock very quickly! Secondly, this place allows you to test drive your car with a lot of leeway. This gives so much opportunity to check out absolutely everything that may be wrong with the vehicle, because it won't usually be stated upfront. This is an as-is dealership, so there won't be any warranties for the vehicles. However, they have a mechanic that does any repairs necessary on the vehicle before they put it up for sale!Overall, we are extremely thankful. We were not easy customers and our situation was even more difficult. They did the absolute best with what we had, and went the extra mile for us to drive off happy. Less
