Our technician from Better Water Heaters flushed the air from our tankless water heater system to allow it to return to normal operation. Furthermore, he showed us how to do it should we need to in the future. I took detailed notes and feel very confident I can take care of this problem should it occur again. The technician was competent, polite and fun to work with.

After having two other companies provide false information and extremely high estimates for our water heater problems, I am so glad we came across Better Water Heaters. Ronaldo was prompt, an excellent communicator & seemed far more competent than the other technicians we had come by. He called to check if we were still under warranty & found we were -- this is a step no other technicians took & instead they lied & said our warranty was over. He then worked hard to get us our part quickly & fixed it early the next day. I cannot recommend this company more. Rarely do you have an issue & feel like you can find an honest & helpful company with fair prices. I doubt there is another company that compares!

I hired Better Water Heaters to replace my traditional water heater with a brand new tankless one from Rinnai. I received multiple quotes from various companies and ultimately chose Better Water Heaters (even though they weren't the cheapest) because they did the best at answering questions about my concerns (I came prepared after doing a lot of research on the products). They came and installed everything (which included running a new gas line to the unit, because the line I had for the old heater wasn't big enough for optimal performance). The installation was cleanly done and 2 weeks in, everything is still working great (I now have recirculation since the Rinnai has a built in pump). I would recommend them and use them again!

Water heater was installed and works great.....however, they included in our invoice the cost for the permit and they still haven't submitted it. It's been over 1 month since installation. Very maddening. It's just paperwork. For a company who claims this as a specialty, the permit should have been the easiest part. ☹️

A very good experience. They came out for an estimate over the weekend, quoted a fair price, and did the work later that week. I am very happy with my new tankless water heater and the service received.
