Horrible experience where they wasted my time, the agent lacked understanding and comprehension skills, quite inept and tactful. Led to repeat questions, request for documentation already provided, and clarification on the original purpose of the application two weeks later. I would not recommend, nor refer business here in any way going forth. While not every mortgage is straight forward and each with its unique challenges, dealing with the broker on my file was the most challenging part of all.*You did your review, however, I literally had phone calls with the agent in regards to documentation that she was unable to read and properly interpret, that shows a lack of comprehension for someone who should be privy to such statements, that has nothing to do with lack of documentation or fulfilling of a process or procedure, it speaks to the incompetence of the representative, and institution if they decided to respond without fully understanding and using it as a moment to coach their staff members.Again, it was stated the purpose and which property the mortgage was intended for, so why did that question pop up 2 weeks later, pay attention.I've acknowledged it isn't straightforward, that doesn't excuse the failures on the part of your business, but I guess that's how you operate, so I'll keep this comment up and your combative response for future prospects to know exactly what they're dealing with.

I had a very poor experience with my mortgage process through Citadel Mortgage, specifically with the Vipul handling my file. It took nearly three months to even submit my application, with slow and unprofessional communication. I would not recommend based on my experience.
