Paulo and his team did an excellent job installing a mini split system in my home. They installed 3 indoor units and a condenser in a couple days and were very helpful throughout the project. Paulo was transparent and true to his word from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend Hybrid Air

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Paulo and his entire team. From the original assessment to completion of our new Mitsubishi heat/ac system install, everything was done to accommodate our needs and fit our home perfectly. We can look forward to a true state of the art system that is going to be easy to use and provide us with year round comfort. A true gentleman and professional all all around!

I worked with Paulo and his team, who were excellent. From the first phone call to the daily updates, showing up on time, being careful and meticulous (installing AC in a Victorian house is no joke!) and doing what they said when they said, it was just a very smooth and professional service. I especially appreciated that Paulo listened to my concerns and wishes but also contributed his expertise to finding the right solution to some pretty funky challenges. The system works and looks great and I highly recommend them.

I am beyond happy and thankful for Paulo.I had a problem with my heat system during winter he came over and fix the problem right away, then later one I was having issue with my hot water heater had two companies come in and given me diagnosis and estimate was told that I had to replace the whole unit, called Paulo he come in right away fixed it and cost me way less than what the other people had told me.I highly recommend him, excellent professional and 100% trustworthy.cant Thank you enough Paulo🙏🏻
