This is definitely the best striking gym in Dallas. I've tried lots of different martial arts gyms in Dallas, whether it's boxing, bjj, or mma, and Strikers Dallas is my favorite by far. They take a personalized and non-intimidating approach to muay thai, and you can tell the instructors really care about their students success.Even though this is my first time trying muay thai or kickboxing in Dallas, I have already become obsessed!

Best Muay Thai gym in east dallas! Began my boxing journey with Strikers in January 2024 until I moved out of state a year later. Coach Mitch is a great help along with other informative coaches. I periodically visit the gym when I return back to Dallas with their convenient membership passes, this allows me to join a class whenever!Don’t be discouraged if you are a female wanting to try a more hands-on hobby surrounded by males, sometimes I would be the only girl in class sparring. This gym helped me gain more confidence with self defense and my mental health bettered by showing up regularly. I became stronger in ways that I had hoped and was able to maintain my weight after losing 25 pounds a year prior due to kick boxing. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a new outlet and it’s perfectly located on Lower Greenville

Great gym and clean facility. Was excited to see that one of my favorite coaches was teaching boxing here so immediately joined. David’s boxing classes on Tuesday/Thursday emphasize technique while still being a great workout. Excited to dip my toes into the Muay Thai classes soon to expand the skill set.

Great gym with great mauy thai instructors at a great price. I started with 0 experiences and learn a lot each lesson and am clearly progressing. Seriously changes the pace of the day when you have a good morning class.
