⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I brought my brand new car in for full blacked out extreme nano ir ceramic tint 5% all the way around and 35% on the full windshield I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the customer service was incredible. The owner (I think) is an absolute bloke an Australian guy who genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Before I even came in, he was going out of his way to work with me on the price, not because he was trying to make a sale, but because he genuinely wanted the opportunity to work on my brand new car and prove the quality of his work. That meant a lot to me. I am a mechanic myself and I know how much attention to detail matters when you’re working on somebody’s vehicle. I came in toward the end of the day, not even knowing exactly when I was going to get off work, and he still insisted I come by. When I arrived, he offered me a water, told me to make myself at home, and made the whole experience completely stress free. He originally told me it might take an hour and a half to 2 hours and that they’d get it done as quickly as possible. These guys had my entire car finished in about 30 minutes. incredibly clean installation, absolutely no mess, no water left all over the interior, and they were extremely careful around my dash, electronics, speakers, and everything else. The finished product is INSANE. The tint looks incredible, the installation is flawless, and the level of care they put into my car was honestly above and beyond what I expected. This is the kind of business you want to find and never let go of. Great work, great communication, incredible customer service, fair pricing, and people who genuinely take pride in what they do. I told him I would leave a 5-star review, but honestly, 5 stars doesn’t really do the experience justice.If you need tint in the Clermont area, go see Black Optix. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them, and after seeing the quality of their work, they’re the only people I’d trust with my tint going forward and maybe some other services I may need which I didn’t realize they offer, paint protections, wrap installs, custom lighting (LED) etc.Thank you guys for taking such great care of my new car.
