Great service. They removed all old shingles and reshingled half the roof in 4.5 hours. I had already purchased 25 8x4 OSB boards from Lowes because I figured i had many bad boards(26 yr old roof). They told and showed me that my original boards were still in great shape. So, I not only saved the $400 for the new OSB, but also the $30 a board they charge to install new ones. I highly recommend the Ice and water plastic sheeting they offer. It makes the new roof basically impenetrable by water. They are fast and very efficient while doing a very solid job. Thankyou Jose for your team's professionalism! The 10 yr warranty you cant beat. MBA is who I will recommend to anyone needing a new roof. Chuck from MBA stopped by for a Roof inspection and to take a look at the gutters. Both professional and personable at the same time which put me at ease as this is my first time dealing with these types of services directly. He arrived on time completed the inspection within the time-frame he quoted, provied expert advice and options. Highly recommend MBA for an inspection.
