Really happy with the work done for us by Jake in May this year. After many, many years of problems, two replacement boilers which never worked as they should and numerous short-term fixes, he diagnosed the cause of the problem and did the thorough remedial work that was needed to actually get the whole system working as it should.New boiler installed, insufficient &/or incorrectly fitted pipework and parts replaced and all of this cost less than we had paid for just ONE of the boilers installed by British Gas.Am still getting used to the fact we can now turn on a hot tap and get hot water within seconds, not minutes (if at all!!) Highly professional and courteous everywhere great communication all the way through - highly recommended.
