I can honestly say that my course of chiropractic care is proving life changing. I've been nursing for over 30 years, so my back's pretty battered. On top of that, I've recently had some really negative experiences at work which have been more stressful than I could have imagined.Indy's first assessment appointment was throrough and holistic. He uses the sociomedical model of care, making connections between life, stress, activity, and time of life to create a comprehensive picture of problems and their contributing factors.The next apoointment gave me my results, and Indy explained really clearly and thoroughly what was contributing to my musculoskeletal pain, and what therapy options were available.I was very nervous initially about the idea of having my spine adjusted, so didn't have that immediately. Over time, my trust in Indy as a practitioner deepened, and I became more comfortable with the idea of spine adjustment. I have never felt pressured into accepting a particular treatment, and have had the space and respect to discover that it has has been an amazingly effective treatment.Over the course of two sessions a week for over a month now, Indy has used multiple treatment options in response to my needs on the day. Honestly, that therapy has included talking therapy which has supported my psychological healing alongside my physical healing.I'm so glad to have found Indygo Chiropractic, and can't overstate how much I would recommend the practice.Thanks too, to Gurjit, for making sure that appointments fit around my week, and for being a smiling, welcoming face at each of my sessions.

My wife and I have been with Indy now for five years , having used other chiropractors for more than 20 years . He provides a superb service and as a result of his regular maintenance we have had no issues with our backs in that time . I am a regular golfer playing off a low handicap , now approaching 70 and have been able to maintain my standard which i feel is very much due to Indy’s excellent care and attention .

I have had shoulders and back pain for many years and sometimes so extreme, that I have unable to move much. Since going to see Indy, it has made such a big differences, more range of movement, lessen pain, and generally feeling better in myself. With age, this kind of maintenance really helps, and with the routine and exercise that I have learnt, I know how to read the triggers/signals of a flare up and to prevent.Indy is always friendly, approachable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I have been to Indy with a few different complaints over the past 3 years and it’s always been a huge help. From getting rid of the initial pain with regular appointments to long term maintenance, everything is clearly planned out and communicated. I injured myself at work as a professional organiser and being self employed meant getting back to work as quickly and safely as possible was incredibly important.Not only am I so much better, Indy diagnosed me with a disc injury and recommended an MRI which I had to fight for with consultant, who thought it was just a hip injury. Indy was spot on and as a result it got me the treatment I needed quicker.Indy is very kind, listens carefully and makes you feel at ease. He is brilliant at explaining everything really simply as he's treating you which I find so helpful.I'm still on my recovery journey, but back at work so much better and I feel in safe hands for preventing future injuries. Having previously had physio care, I have found this much better and would definitely not return now I've found Indy.Couldn't recommend him enough. He's brilliant!
