My wife and I have been with Indy now for five years , having used other chiropractors for more than 20 years . He provides a superb service and as a result of his regular maintenance we have had no issues with our backs in that time . I am a regular golfer playing off a low handicap , now approaching 70 and have been able to maintain my standard which i feel is very much due to Indy’s excellent care and attention .

I have had shoulders and back pain for many years and sometimes so extreme, that I have unable to move much. Since going to see Indy, it has made such a big differences, more range of movement, lessen pain, and generally feeling better in myself. With age, this kind of maintenance really helps, and with the routine and exercise that I have learnt, I know how to read the triggers/signals of a flare up and to prevent.Indy is always friendly, approachable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I always have a great experience when attending my appointment, whether that is G being really welcoming when entering the practice or having my treatment with Indy. I have been to Indy with a few different complaints over the past 3 years and it’s always been a huge help. From getting rid of the initial pain with regular appointments to long term maintenance, everything is clearly planned out and communicated. I injured myself at work as a professional organiser and being self employed meant getting back to work as quickly and safely as possible was incredibly important.Not only am I so much better, Indy diagnosed me with a disc injury and recommended an MRI which I had to fight for with consultant, who thought it was just a hip injury. Indy was spot on and as a result it got me the treatment I needed quicker.Indy is very kind, listens carefully and makes you feel at ease. He is brilliant at explaining everything really simply as he's treating you which I find so helpful.I'm still on my recovery journey, but back at work so much better and I feel in safe hands for preventing future injuries. Having previously had physio care, I have found this much better and would definitely not return now I've found Indy.Couldn't recommend him enough. He's brilliant!

I posted a 5 star review of Indy's excellent treatment some time ago, but have now decided to update it following a new back problem. I began to develop pain in my lower back about 18 months ago and asked about it at a regular maintainence appointment. Indy treated me with his usual care and attention to detail, but because I was not responding well he suggested I visit my GP. My GP does not believe in Chiropractic so refused my request for an MRI scan. The pain receded gradually, but returned with a vengence when I carried a heavy bag of books down a flight of stairs. Return to Indy, he treated me, but this time the condition had worsened considerably, to the point where the pain was almost unbearable. Indy suspected spinal disc damage and eventually suceeded in persuading me to arrange a private MRI via my insurance company. Long story short I had the scan, saw a spinal consultant who read Indy's referal letter, looked at the scan and sent me straight to A&E, where I was operated on the following morning as an urgent case. I have been told that I had a lucky escape - the next stage would have been incontinence and possible paralysis.Since the operation and when agreed by the practice nurse I returned to Indy who is helping me to regain my mobility. I cannot recommend him highly enough, if you are in pain - especially back pain, make an appointment to see him. He is extremely professional, but also kind, caring, and a magician when it comes to removing pain!

I cannot recommend Indigo Chiropractic enough. It’s life changing treatment. Indy provides a level of care that stands above anything I’ve experienced from the first appointment. Indy went through everything in detail and all my history to provide a plan tailored to me. I have had reduced headaches and my back and leg symptoms reduced since coming to Indy. He explains everything he does and why and makes you feel reassured. My Initial consultation was so comforting as he took such time to find out everything and made me for the first time feel heard and that there was hope, he then made a care plan, provides emails and after care, contacts your doctor if needed so they also know what’s going on and if they need to act on anything. Gurjit on reception is warm, caring and welcoming every time you go and will assist with appointment booking. It’s been such a positive experience for myself and I started going in March this year and it’s been life changing. I cannot recommend enough, if you are thinking about a chiropractor then think of no other as Indy will be life changing and care more than anyone you’ve been to before. Having tried numerous chiropractors before coming here I can honestly say Indygo Chiropractic is the best I have had for my neck and shoulder problem. Indy and gee are also very friendly and a lovely couple.
