I have been going to Indy for a chronic problem regularly for a few years. He is always informative, keeps up to date with the latest techniques and tailors his skills to your particular problem. I need regular maintenance and I always feel more mobile after his sessions. My main goal is to be able to keep playing my sport and his sessions mean I have less injuries and he advises me of how I can improve and build on the work that he does between the sessions. I think I would have given up my sport if I was not getting regular adjustments. Taking care of your body is a high priority and I highly recommend Indy for anyone who feels they may need help.
