I recently sent some blades in for sharpening, and Austin went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues I was having. It turns out my previous sharpener had incorrectly sharpened them, altering all of my hook angles. Austin not only corrected the problem but also crafted custom knives for me using a template. The quality of his work, combined with the state-of-the-art equipment they use, is outstanding. A big thank you to the Van Haitsma family and the entire Byler team for taking such great care of me! I’ll definitely continue ordering all my blades and tooling from them.

I don't even know where to begin. I am absolutely blown away but the level of customer service here. I filled out an inquiry form because I saw they had replied to a comment on Amazon. Paul Byler IMMEDIATELY replied to my inquiry. I was looking to have blades re-bored for my Kapex saw; he pointed me in a better direction. Not only that, he IMMEDIATELY sent out two new blades to me, separate order, prior to being invoiced/payment. I cannot recommend them enough. Looking forward to sending my blades down to him from NY for sharpening. Merry Christmas and thank you, Paul!
