Aqua Serve is a fantastic resource for residential water filtration services.The previous company that installed and serviced my whole home carbon filter, softener and reverse osmosis filtration system exited the residential market and suggested I engage with Aqua Serve.As the system was getting older Aqua Serve needed to do a new RO installation, they also relocated my system so that the softener, brine tank and carbon filtration could be installed on a drain pan to protect my basement.A few years after this installation I needed to have my carbon filtration recharged. This is always something that has been a source of stress because I always ended up with bits of carbon sediment clogging various faucets and appliances in my home.Aqua Serve was able to use the new pipe layout they installed to change the carbon in my filter, fully bed and purge it and I didn't have to deal with the headache of various clogs.I needed additional carbon filters for the RO system and had them shipped by Aqua Serve. After installation I started having a whining noise from the system. Called Aqua Serve and one of the techs was able to walk me through all the troubleshooting needed to resolve or further isolate the problem... all without a service charge or visit. Service doesn't get better than that.I highly recommend this vendor for your home water filtration needs.

Robert recently completed a water fountain/bottle filler at my workplace, and we could not be happier with his work! He was kind, humorous, and always fun to chat with. We’re so grateful to have cold, filtered water for our staff & customers! Bravo to Robert! If only every service worker/contractor was like Robert, the world would be a better place. :)

AquaServe installed our soft water system about 2 months ago. It’s been a pleasant experience. It started with Robert coming to our home to give us a quote and look to see how it could be installed. Robert is a master plumber, so was quite knowledgeable about the system and how it should be installed. After agreeing to the terms an installation date was set. The installation plumber, Pat and his apprentice, showed up and got right to work. Both were easy to work with. Pat has been a plumber for over twenty years and his apprentice was preparing to take his plumbing exam, so both were experienced as well. They completed the work and everything was set.The best part is after they left. Our water supply is very hard, so the first thing we noticed was how much better the water tasted. Then little things were noticeable. Over time our coffee/tea pots lost the scaling from the hard water. Our rice maker also is descaling. The water from the shower head started coming straight out instead of weird angles. I’ve no doubt the things we can’t see are also descaling, such as the water heater, washing machine, and dishwasher. That should extend their lifetime. But the very best thing is my coffee is now the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. Much smoother, more flavorful. I savor every cup.We had a minor issue afterwards. A single phone call was all that was needed to schedule a quick trip to fix that issue. No hassles.Could not be happier. Highly recommend AquaServe to anyone.
