AquaServe installed our soft water system about 2 months ago. It’s been a pleasant experience. It started with Robert coming to our home to give us a quote and look to see how it could be installed. Robert is a master plumber, so was quite knowledgeable about the system and how it should be installed. After agreeing to the terms an installation date was set. The installation plumber, Pat and his apprentice, showed up and got right to work. Both were easy to work with. Pat has been a plumber for over twenty years and his apprentice was preparing to take his plumbing exam, so both were experienced as well. They completed the work and everything was set.The best part is after they left. Our water supply is very hard, so the first thing we noticed was how much better the water tasted. Then little things were noticeable. Over time our coffee/tea pots lost the scaling from the hard water. Our rice maker also is descaling. The water from the shower head started coming straight out instead of weird angles. I’ve no doubt the things we can’t see are also descaling, such as the water heater, washing machine, and dishwasher. That should extend their lifetime. But the very best thing is my coffee is now the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. Much smoother, more flavorful. I savor every cup.We had a minor issue afterwards. A single phone call was all that was needed to schedule a quick trip to fix that issue. No hassles.Could not be happier. Highly recommend AquaServe to anyone.
