Seth and crew came out to investigate a plumbing leak in our basement. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and service was top notch! They corrected old plumbing errors with a basement toilet and installed a new up-flow system. Communication was impressive and the work was promptly performed to get this fixed. A few days ago i called a company out for a bad sewerage smell and gurgling in my toilets and when that company came out they only said i needed my tank pumped and so that is what i done .... And then I called Emergency No More around midnight after our home had a complete sewer backup, and i was completely overwhelmed. Candy answered right away, stayed calm, and walked me through what to do until help arrived. She made a stress full situation feel manageable and kept me updated every step of the way.seth and Bryson showed up quickly, were professional, respectful and immediately got to work finding the problem. Seth took time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and treated my home with care. you could tell they truly wanted to help fix the issue instead of getting in and out quickly.from the first phone call with candy to the repair by seth and Bryson, the customer service was outstanding and the work was even more outstanding its hard to find a company that truly cares about people the way they do.if you EVER need any work done do NOT waste your time calling anyone else. Seth is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and talking about! I trust emergency no more with everything and will never go back to anyone else!!!Thank you so much candy, seth and Bryson for turning my stressful midnight emergency (after another company came out and didn't fix the issue and you all did) into such a great experience!
