After experiencing an issue with my air conditioner, I reached out to All Air Heating and Cooling, who responded promptly and set up an appointment immediately. The technician, Larry, was thorough, courteous, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options for the repairs. Ultimately, I decided to replace both my AC unit and my furnace. Both units come with a 10-year warranty, and I consider it money well spent. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and I am extremely pleased with the results.Based on this excellent experience, I will definitely recommend All Air Heating and Cooling to my family and friends, and I am now a customer for life. Thank you so much Larry!

I highly recommend All Air Heating and Cooling for a complete HVAC system replacement! My old 30-year-old system went out during some of the hottest days, and the owner went out of his way to get everything needed for the job and schedule me as soon as possible. He was friendly, professional, and kept excellent communication throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to all of my questions, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I also love supporting family-owned businesses!Larry did an amazing job making sure everything was done correctly. He came prepared with all the parts he needed, completed the entire job in just one day, and left everything spotless. He swept and vacuumed up all the debris and made sure the work area was clean before leaving.I had six different companies come out and give me bids, and I’m completely confident that I made the right choice for me. From the price and quality to the warranty, experience, communication, and expertise, everything was 5-star in my book!Thank you for the excellent work and for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Larry and his son were great. They were flexible with their availability to install the heating and AC. They ensured everything was installed correctly and working properly. Larry also took the time to recommend small things to make the systems work optimally for the long term. They were careful and clean throughout the installation process. In addition to the warranty on parts, Larry included labor as part of the warranty.

Larry and his team gave me a great price, showed up early for the install, diagnosed an unforeseen issue, fixed it and left my house cleaner than when they entered. Now I’m chillin’ in the East Bay. Very professional but down to earth. I can’t recommend him enough.
