Diana was phenomenal from start to finish! She helped create a custom ring for my wife and the entire process was great. She gave me great options and opinions and helped create a ring my wife is in love with! I had my wedding rings resized at Gennaro Jewelers yesterday and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Eric and Angela were both so kind and patient, walked me through everything, and my rings fit perfectly now. They look better than the day I got them!Gennaro really lives up to their reputation. They do the work while you wait so your ring never leaves your sight which is unlike any other jeweler I’ve ever been to, and the whole team is just so warm and professional. I especially loved that Eric and Angela took the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. I’ll definitely be back!

The employees at gennaro jewelers are just exceptional. I had a diamond ring of my mom‘s that I needed sized. Angela helped me through most of the process. The ring never left my sight.. They do a thorough check of the ring to check if anything‘s loose or damage. This is up on the screen so they can explain anything to you. When the work was done on the ring, I was escorted downstairs to watch Fernandez resize my ring. They’re all completely professional. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone. They have a wonderful reputation.

This was my first visit and now certainly will not be my last. I went in for a simple repair and Donna was my service advisor. She could not have been any more helpful and polite! After looking at my situation, she took my jewelry to a technician and had it repaired within minutes. This was not even purchased at this store, I can’t only imagine how well they take care of their own customers. I will definitely be back and become a Gennaro customer!
