Preston @ Lonestar is top notch all the way from his skills to his honesty and stands by his pricing. I've used a lot of tradesmen for multiple homes and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Preston for any plumbing issues. I had a difficult situation with a main water line break occurring somewhere between my house and the street which is a good 60 foot+ stretch of yard. He called in some help and had to strategically dig 2.5 foot deep holes through the yard until they found the pipe breakage due to a tree root. We are talking about a 2PM - 10PM, yes 10PM, job right before the 3 day ice storm. This is why you always want to hire an owner operator like Preston vs a big outfit that sends out salaried employees. My PITA situation would have been much worse had it not been done same day, and there is no way an employee would have had the same resolve as Preston.
