Not only was the entertainment perfect for the adults AND kids, the customer service is top notch. Fantastic experience with Party Perfect Rentals! We rented 2 Black Jack Tables withing 24 hours prior to our Annual Networking Event and everything arrived on time and in pristine condition. They were even able to provide the "funny money" with our company logo printed on them. I was blown away! The dealers did an incredible job, from arriving on time, to engaging with our guests. We highly recommend them. 5 Thumbs Up!!!!

We recently held an arts event for the local senior community, but could not use the tables and chairs on site because of mobility concerns. The staff at Party Perfect were beyond helpful working with us to determine what we needed to make sure that our nearly 200 guests would be comfortable.We had a tight timeline for delivery/set up, but Lauren and Mike made sure that everything was on schedule and ready when we needed it. In addition to tables and chairs, we rented linens which elevated the room and helped us avoid dealing with cheap ripped plastic tablecloths.The communication from initial estimate to final pick up was exceptional. The crew was professional. The office was responsive. The overall experience was fantastic.I've used other rental companies in the past, but none operated with the efficiency of Party Perfect.They are a great community partner and made our event a success.

This company has LOTS of party rentals to offer. They basically have every single thing you could ever need for a party which was really great! The downsides were that the person I was working with seemed very difficult. I had asked for 2 servers for my party, a snow cone machine and popcorn machine. She said that was fine and that they could deliver everything. I then needed to revise the contract and remove the popcorn machine because it wouldn’t fit in the space we were having the party. The women I worked with definitely seemed annoyed by this and said that because I removed the popcorn machine they will no longer deliver the snow cone machine and I’d need to go pick it up myself. Although it was a little inconvenient considering a server and attendant were coming to the party and could bring the snow cone machine with them I said that’s fine. Luckily, a man from party perfect rentals called me 2 days before the party to confirm the contract and I told him that I’d be able to come pick up the snow cone machine the day before the party and drop it off the day after. The man was nice enough to offer to have the attendant bring the snow cone machine with him at no additional cost. So it just solidified that the woman I was emailing back and forth with was just annoyed that I had to remove the popcorn machine from my order and wanted to spite me and make me pick up and drop off the snowcone machine. In the end because of her the company lost out because they didn’t end up charging me a delivery fee which I would’ve happily paid for if the woman didn’t tell me I had to pick up the snow cone machine.Additionally, the day of the party the server we had hired got to the party late and my family and I had to do the full set up. I don’t fault the server because she was told to come at the certain time by party perfect rentals but party perfect should have told her the correct time.Overall, I think this company has a lot to offer and is basically a one stop shop for all party needs. However, if work with Lauren and live a few extra miles outside of Monmouth county she will make it difficult for you.

I had a crowd for Christmas and renting folding chairs and tables was so easy! The guys brought them inside and picked them up the day after. I would certainly use Party Perfect Rentals again!
