I was hit by a driver (thankfully, they had insurance and took care of everything), and after reading a ton of positive reviews, I decided to go with this shop.Man! Jorge is such a good dude! Great communication, and even better work. Had my baby SPARKLING. Looked even better than the day I bought it. He even cleaned my headlights, which had NOTHING to do with the collision. The amount of care and attention that goes into his craft is insane. He knows his stuff, and is honest and super down-to-earth, which is becoming increasingly rare in this day and age.I pray you don’t get into an accident, but if you do, Auto Hail Techs is a GEM, and I’m so glad I went with them. Our 2023 GMC Yukon, suffered hail damaged which was a bummer for us, however after hearing from Auto Hail Techs and trusting them with our vehicle we received our vehicle in great conditions as if I had just gotten it out of the dealership. My vehicle looks amazing, they even took care of my interior! 5 stars are not enough to rate their great work, their excellent customer service and great communication skills. Jorge was extremely accommodating for drop off and pick up times and the shop’s work is outstanding. I came in with a somewhat difficult to work on vehicle and they knocked it out of the park. It was spotless inside and out when i picked it up.. would highly recommend to anyone needing some body work.

Honestly, I’m so impressed. I brought my Tesla in with scratches and dents on the front bumper, and Jorge gave it back looking as good as new. It’s like the damage was never there.I really appreciated not only the quality of his work, but also his integrity throughout the entire process. I just wanted my car to look decent again, and he completely exceeded my expectations.I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing body work. Your car will be in great hands with Jorge.

I'm not one that normally leaves reviews but in this instance I felt obligated. I could not be happier with Jorge and his crew. I was working with a local Rockwall PDR guy who wanted my truck for a minimum of 10 days and likely over 2 weeks. He was a typical "roofer type" salesman who was going to go after the insurance company for well above what was warranted. (Driving up all of our premiums) Jorge was willing to make special arrangements due to time constraints that I had. We spoke one day, I dropped the truck off the next day, and it was ready 2 days later...more importantly, It is 100% as good as new. Thanks guys!

If I could give Jorge 100 stars I would!!!!!!! I was rear ended and needed to find a repair shop and I stumbled upon his shop. After reading all the GREAT reviews I decided to give him a call. He picked up my car from my job and dropped it off when it was completed. He worked with GEICO on getting estimates and he kept me updated through the whole process. I had “0” worries. Very kind, understanding and helpful guy!!!!! He even did extra work on my car that wasn’t even apart of the wreck. Which I am extremely grateful and thankful for that!!!!! My car was picked up on a Monday and completed on the next Wednesday…….So 9 days!!!! This may not be the case for everyone but him and his team are fast!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone!!!! Don’t even think about it….just call!!!!! He even washed my car!!!!!! 10/10 Thank you again!!!!
