As a first timer, I made the mistake of trying to compare this place to other gyms, but it really is in a league of its own.It’s super friendly for beginners, and the workout is such a good mix of HIIT, cardio, strength, and boxing. My favorite part was that every exercise has a video tutorial playing in front of you, so if you’re new to the equipment or movement, you can just look up and follow along.The instructor was also really encouraging and kept checking in to make sure I was doing things correctly. The format is unique and really effective because you’re constantly changing it up, which makes the workout challenging but doable.The staff was so friendly, and I was honestly impressed by everything they fit into the space for recovery like the sauna, massage chair, and massage guns.And easily my favorite part..it’s a small business, and you can tell a lot of care went into it. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already.
