Joseph showed up the same day to help with a leak under the kitchen faucet. He was so knowledgeable as well as pleasant. He found the issue quickly. Since the issue was with my reverse osmosis system he disconnected the hose until I purchase a new system. He only charged me for the service call. I will definitely use his services again.

I had a great experience with Joseph. He diagnosed a problem I was having with one of my toilets within minutes of arriving. Since he was already there, I also had him replace the water line and shutoff valve for that toilet, because the old one was worn out. His price was very reasonable for the replacement and he didn’t charge me for the service call. After he fixed the line, he then asked if there was anything else he could help with. I told him another toilet’s seat had come unhinged on one side. He fixed that issue also and didn’t charge for that repair either. On top of great work and solid value, Joseph cleaned up perfectly after himself and left things in better order than he found them. 10 of 10 and I will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors!

I called Joseph from Textbook Plumbing this morning asking for an estimate to have my hot water tank replaced. Joseph gave me a cost range to install a 50 gallon tank at my house. I agreed to his estimate and he arrived within the hour. His work was professional and complete. He placed items that I didn't expect would be replaced with the new tank. With all he did today he held the low end of his estimated cost he gave me. We are very happy with a good AO Smith hot water tank that Joseph supplied and installed. I would recommend Textbook Plumbing to any that needs work done. I know I will call him for any future Plumbing issues I have.
