Wow - arrived at 8am Monday - x-ray and treated and out by 9am having coffee. all issues discussed. text from ACC in the afternoon. Extensive info on my Doctor's portal by the evening and a followup on my xray 24 hours later. Amazing service and treatment.

Had such a great experience there on Saturday. Nurse Emily was amazing with my daughter who is 6 and asks a lot of questions and wanted to know everything Emily was doing.Very quick as well, in and out within an hour, including an x-ray!Thank you Emily :)

Broke my shoulder in jan, entire staff was super professional, friendly, and funny, very short triage time (maybe 4 mins max), pain was immediately managed, and it was relatively fast to get an xray and sling. Is also next to the pharmacy which was convenient.

7세 아이 놀이터에서 놀다 발에 가시가 박혔는데 ACC로 분류돼 무상으로 치료를 받았습니다. 14세 미만 어린이가 ACC에 해당하는 경우 자국민 뿐 아니라 외국인도 전부 무료입니다. 평일 오후 2시쯤 갔는데 사람이 많지 않아 생각보다 금방 차례가 돌아왔고, 의사, 간호사, 스탭 모두 매우 친절해 감동 받았습니다. 가시 두개 쉽게 제거해주셨고, 제거하자마자 통증이 바로 사라져 너무 감사했습니다. 뉴질랜드 의료 시스템에 대한 기존의 안좋은 편견을 모두 사라지게 하는 훌륭한 경험이었습니다.

Went here recently when I had a bit of dust in my eye causing intense irritation. Decently quick wait (2 hours, not complaining), all of the staff were great, and decent price considering ($20 more than my normal gp)

I’ve come to Shorecare often in my life as it’s the closest 24 hour centre to me on the shore. The staff have always been so lovely and I have never found the wait times particularly heinous. I’ve been seen for a concussion in 2015, unexplained tummy pain in 2016 which resulted in a jab in the bum, fractured finger and most recently an infected ear piercing among probably many other visits. Special shout out to Dr Hilton Jones who is the nicest, most polite, caring and knowledgeable doctor you could ever ask for. The nurses are just as lovely although slightly harder to remember names if you don’t have a very long experience with, but are just as fabulous. The signage about how patients are triaged is quite clear in my opinion and would be expected in any medical facility although would be good to have some indication on a screen of average wait times. Thank you team!

I had a very positive experience at Shore Care recently and wanted to acknowledge the great service provided by the whole team. Recently we were instructed by Plunket line to come here at approximately 4am with an unwell 7 month old baby. We were seen by Doctor Nazeef Malik. By far the best doctor I've ever seen. After leaving I wished he was our GP!He was incredibly patient, explained what was going on with our baby like a mini biology lesson with slides. He put us at complete ease about normal bodily responses to illness and when symptoms are truly a cause for concern. I loved that he had a holistic approach and would discuss things like nutrition, gut health, water consumption and sunlight and their importance also.I loved that he is up to date with current studies about health and how passionate he was about helping his patients.He had different resources for new parents like ourselves with up to date research & website supports. (Fever friend and kids health) He is a true blessing and a rare jewel in the crown of your business. 👑💎 I would 100% return just to see him again. ☺️ I also must say the other staff member who helped us was incredibly kind also. I think her name was Bex? She helped us into a private room so we could do a swab test on our son for the major illnesses. This was on the 26th of September. My 10 year old son had a nasty hand injury this week. The nurses (Emily and Veronica) did an amazing job, both with Jack and myself. They moved quickly to assess the injury and organise our transfer to Starship. They were wonderful under pressure and very caring. Big shout out to to the reception staff - cool, calm and collected always :)
