Mike did a great job and explained and showed the work when he was finished. He took the time to clean up after and remove all the old parts. We had a new shower installed but the company doing the install did not clear the lines or reset the temperature control in the Cassidy shower system. As a result we had poor water flow and tepid water coming from the shower heads. Mike came out exactly when he told us he would. He cleaned out the debris in the lines and adjusted the control in Cassidy Shower system. We can finally take a hot shower. He was extremely pleasant, prompt and professional.
