I wish there were more stars to give to Priority Plumbing. Following a burst pipe during a frigid spell, Mike was able to talk me through how to shut off the water to stop the emergency. Even though he was swamped with lots of other urgent calls, he came out, identified the precise location of the split pipe, and quickly made the repair. He took the utmost care from the red carpet he rolled out to protect the floor, to the precision cutout he made in the wall, to the cleanup of every last speck. He was an excellent teacher and provided tips to prevent future issues. I am almost glad we had the problem because we ended up finding our plumber for life!

First off the call was answered by a lovely helpful woman named Annie who took my information and asked what the call was for. Annie looked for an opening and there was one and Mike arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Mike was prompt, pleasant, friendly and efficient. It turned out not to be a leaking pipe but, an integral component of an appliance that was not a plumbing problem. He shut of the supply to the appliance to stop the leak. Then we discussed potential work for another time. Bottom line Mike was GREAT! Thank You!

We had a leaky bathtub faucet and wanted to keep our existing wanted to keep our existing setup. Our usual plumbing company said it couldn't be done and we'd have to go to a new faucet and handle at some expense. Priority found the parts needed to keep the fixtures we wanted and installed for less than half the price the other company quoted.

We called Priority Plumbing a few weeks ago and received great service. We called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit us in for the next morning. Unfortunately, due to unexpectedly being down a guy, they had to reschedule us for the next day and offered a discount for the inconvenience, which I thought was really considerate. Mike ended up being our technician and he was very thoughtful about the way he was going to approach our clogged sink and took us through his thought process. He was very communicative about what he was finding and explained everything to us. We will be certainly be calling on Priority Plumbing again if and when we find ourselves needing a plumber!

They quoted me a price for a water filtration system with installation. After comparing with other companies in Nashua, they were the most competitive. They scheduled that work in less than a week. Had a big issue with a clogged sewage drain which is not ideal with a 1 bathroom house. A gentleman came by (can not remember his name) and he explained what was happening and needed to be done. He also pointed out that the piping was completely wrong between the toilet, sink, and shower. They did the work the next day and completed all the work in record time. The crew was amazing! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! Very happy with this company and now have them on speed dial! Highly recommend!

Where do we start??? Spoke on Monday 1/26/26, they came out on Tues, started the work on Wed, were done by Thurs, 1/30/26.Got back to us in minutes to set up an appt for the quote. (Even texted to accommodate my being at work and unable to speak on the phone) They came in when we thought this was going to be another nightmare... a quote beyond the reaches of our wallets and credit scores... quoted us LITERALLY a fraction of what the other guys quoted us. The other guys who shut down our gas saying it was unsafe... so we were in the blizzard with no hot water. Imagine?Mike... 🤩 what can we even say? None of the awesome reviews about him were wrong. Super nice. Super professional and wicked about keeping the space clean. Kept us in the loop consistently. Vacuumed when he was done!!! Didn't make us feel like $$$ to him at all. We have found our go to plumber without a doubt!!! (I'll add pics when I make it back down to the basement)
