Unwine Vineyards

Genuinely one of the most fun vineyards I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them. My fiancee and I were in Bethlehem, PA for a weekend getaway, and popped into Unwine's shop. It was the owner Joel and the artist Mary. Both are super talented in their own right. Mary's beautiful artwork hung on the walls, and the pieces are for sale if you want to buy them. Joel's wines are a delight to the palate. He takes the wine variety, and does something unexpected. I had a merlot that was refreshing and crisp. I had a chardonnay that was clean tasting without all that overdone oaky flavour going. We spent hours talking, drinking excellent wine, and enjoying the art work. Both Mary and Joel are passionate about their respective areas of expertise, and will quite happily talk to you about it. I love hearing experts talk about what they love doing, and taking pride in their excellent work.We bought like a case's worth of wine, along with a couple of art works from the walls to take home with us. This is an experience not to be missed!
