Euan recently explained that it’s not always great to full send every workout and to instead pick and choose a few per week to really push, then lightly scale the others to still hit the intended stimulus.Today was a full send day, and Euan helped the class push through fast intervals. At one point, he was hyping someone up so much to beat an interval that he said his heart rate jumped like he was competing.Set a new PR for muscle ups today after getting cues from him the last few months for movement and feel when cycling. Some people need energy, some people need quiet suggestions. Euan covers a broad range to help all the classes I’ve been in.
