In the course of my experience, everyone I encountered with Window Place was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Yesterday my new door was installed and everything about the process exceeded my expectations. From Jeff, the installer, to Rob, the project manager, I couldn’t imagine a better experience. When a small glitch occurred, as usually happens in construction projects, Rob was relentless in his efforts to resolve the issue, which he went above and beyond to satisfy. And, as I was composing this unsolicited review, I received a call, coincidentally, from Dan following up to make sure I was completely satisfied and reassuring me that Window Place was there if I had any issues moving forward. I’m thrilled with my newly remodeled house, which features Board and Batten siding in Monterey Sand.This color complements the brick areas of my rancher beautifully. The installation of new soffits, fascia, and gutters also adds to the house’s overall appeal.The installers were pleasant, organized, efficient, and diligently cleaned up the debris as they worked throughout the three and a half-day project. He did a fantastic job and was always willing to answer my questions.Kept me in the loop the whole time. Great service and quality work from start to finish. Replaced six double-hung units and two picture windows. Sales team brought full-size samples for comparison. Install crew was very proficient and kept the house clean. Their replacemnt windows operate much better that our old builder's-grade windows and keep out the cold and wind. A year later, we ordered a new front door made by Provia which looks and feels just like a high-quality wood door at a great price. The installer rebuilt the framing for a tight fit, coordinated with another crew who were installing new siding, and added the hardware. The door looks and operates pefectly. Highly recommended.

If I could give The Window Place Plus team 10 stars I would! I moved my mom into a condo where the HOA is slow to respond and tedious with paperwork. Dan and his team went above and beyond to gather all the information needed and deal with the HOA. We did a full window replacement, and it went so well we are doing the patio sliders and a storm door. Again, they are stepping up and helping me with the HOA for this second project. They contacted me quickly when I requested info about window installation, set things up and got the job done before the time they quoted. The installation team came and knocked the job out quickly and cleanly. They were also very friendly. The window quality is very good. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a front door replaced after the previous door purchased & installed by The Window Place Plus warped letting in cold & hot air. The original manufacturer of the door is no longer making doors. The installation of the new door was great. Blaze, Scott, & Rob did an amazing job on an extremely hot day. We also had our windows replaced many years ago. Words can not describe the A+ Service from beginning to end. All of the staff interaction were wonderful. Dan, the person that scheduled our consultation answer was very friendly and helping in answering my questions. Sergio, the owner, sat at our dinner table and gave us an honest and insighful presentation in window installation and cost. Rob, the project manager, did 2 before and after installation walk through to make sure measurements were accurate and that we were happy with the work provided. And the installers, were very kind per my spouse, and got job done quickly, cleanly, and demonstrated how the windows opened for cleaning and ventilation. We will use this company to eventually have all of our 20 plus windows replaced. I have told many people this is the company to use if you want the Human experience and not just feel like a quota.
