First of all, as soon as you walk in it feels like an upscale spa. Everyone is very friendly, and I’ve felt comfortable sharing my concerns or inquiring about additional services. Everyone has worked with me on pricing, explained a variety of options to meet the needs that I have, and when I had a concern after a treatment they genuinely cared and followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was ok. It did take two weeks to notice a difference, but it worked very well for 3-4 months. I’d recommend!

I love Louisville Aesthetics. They are always so kind and helpful. On top of it, you never feel like they are just trying to sell you a service, but that they are actually trying to help you be and look your best....whether it is with their treatments, or without them. It’s honestly crazy where Louisville Aesthetics is located because I drive past there all the time and somehow never realized it was there. I first got connected to the facility because Alan Hernandez started telling me about his skincare routine, and I noticed it was making such a huge positive difference in his appearance that I was immediately interested. He recommended several products to me, and for my birthday I ended up purchasing a mix of ZO Skin Health products along with Louisville Aesthetics’ private label skincare products — and they have been absolutely amazing for my skin.As someone who is African American with acne-prone skin and dark marks, I’m always careful about what I use because not every product works well for melanin-rich skin. But I have genuinely noticed such a positive difference in my skin already. My skin looks smoother, clearer, brighter, and more even overall.I also took advantage of a special they were running with Macie Agnich where I received a free facial and added dermaplaning for only $35, which honestly is an incredible deal. After the facial and dermaplaning, my skin was absolutely glowing. I was obsessed with the finish and how smooth everything looked and felt. Macie was extremely gentle, professional, and did an amazing job explaining every step of the process and making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.Alan also introduced me to this lip plumping product they carry that gives the appearance of filler for up to 7 days without actually getting filler, and I absolutely loved the results. It made my lips look SO good, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it in the future.Overall, I’ve had such a great experience with Louisville Aesthetics so far. Between the quality treatments, knowledgeable staff, and amazing skincare options, I can already tell I’ll continue coming back. I’m especially excited to take advantage of Macie’s upcoming microneedling special for $250 and possibly add the chemical peel for $100 because those prices for quality treatment are honestly hard to beat.

I went in a couple of weeks ago totally lost in terms of what I needed my skincare plan to be to get ready for my wedding, and the staff was so kind and informative! They helped me create a plan based on my needs and also worked with me to figure out how to get the best price I could! Highly recommend!
