I was in the room when Said presented a meaningful way to improve the culture of the corporations that he works with. Well done!

Said is a leader who cares deeply about improving the lives of those around him. His personal experiences give him insights that only he can bring. It's inspiring! As a speaker, he was insightful and impactful. He really made me think differently about how we affect change and the importance of trust in business!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Said. He brings high-level strategy, but his real gift is his honesty. He creates a space where you can have the uncomfortable, necessary conversations that lead to genuine breakthroughs. He has guided me with clarity and confidence.

Said Eshaghi lead my team through a thoughtful and impactful team development game/exercise. His format made for a relaxed setting that allowed team members to be vulnerable and really connect with each other. This experience is going to have long-term positive effects on our team. I highly recommend Said and his programs for leadership development.

Said Eshaghi is one in a million. Life changing. He came and spoke at our real estate team meeting and told his story. It was incredible, inspiring, thought provoking, and made me look inward as I connected with a lot of the insights that he found along his journey as they were attributes I wanted to develop in myself like grit, determination, and execution. I can not recommend him enough not only for his speaking but coaching as well! An all around amazing human.

Said's talk was a powerful reminder that success rarely lives in comfort. Hearing his personal story of escaping Iran as a child and how that journey shaped his mindset, was empowering. It Reminded me that courage changes everything.

Said gave a very inspiring talk and made a number of valuable points that resonated with me, both for my business and in my life. I am grateful to have to opportunity to hear him speak.

Working with Said has been a game changer. Not only does he provide high quality insights, he is also skillful at delivering feedback in a way that ignites and inspires real growth.
