The roofing crew came out to provide an estimate for my fascia that was rotting. They were friendly, the process was simple and the estimate was thorough. Price was pretty fair for the work ahead of them. I’ve got them booked for when the snow melts 👍

Never! They do not answer the phones when it comes to Emergencies EVER, Even when its their own jobs on their OWN PROPERTIES,I wouldn’t have BayLand on my roof ever again for one minute the way they treat their Tenants at their rental properties is absolute Criminal, Leaving the Roofs to leak, With no response for Weeks on end and when they do respond the most they say “we will respond back in and Email” or “We will have someone out when available”, Sometimes leaving their Rental properties without hot water For weeks and weeks, i personally lived in one of their units for 3 years luckily i have since moved because mold was discovered All throughout the attic and above my Sons bedroom, Which they wouldn’t tell me until i overheard one of their crew say it when they were checking it out for the 10th time,What i know the cause of the mold was, the roof leaked almost the entire time i lived their, office wouldn’t even acknowledge the damage that was initially caused to my personal items, lots of old family photos when i first moved in and A few weeks or a month later just repeat,I could Never talk With the owner directly,I never got an apology nor did i ever feel like i was being taken care of Professionally or respectfully,i Suggest you Look elsewhere if you want a solid contractor, Look at BayLand Property Management reviews, it will tell you everything you need to know.
