I found the AutismServices ADOS and ADI-R training to be incredibly educational and thorough. What really makes it stand out is the small group size, which allowed for individual support throughout the week. What can I say? Aside from the content being absolutely spot on and exactly what I needed to progress in my career, from a delivery point of view it was up there with the best training sessions I’ve attended and being a nurse I have done ALOT!!! The training was interactive and felt like a space where it was safe to speak up if you didn’t understand something. Any questions were answered in depth with rationale making everything much more easy to absorb. It was also nice that neurodivergent people were recognised among the participants and that cameras did not need to be on at all times. I for one struggle having my camera on as it just makes me feel awkward and is not really necessary unless there is a group discussion going on. I wish Sarah and her wonderful team the best and hope they achieve their goal of transforming as many life’s as they can. Much love x
