[read to end] Perhaps my expectations are a bit high but I had to go back over it as the white leather seat covers were still grey from use. Some scuff marks which I'll admit were hard to remove were improved by me working on them. Some spots in the wheels which I had been told weren't coming out, came off easily when my husband scratched it off. The back of the mirrors (chrome) also looked terrible but were greatly improved when I went back to clean them with a quick wipe.However, it should be noted that the job was big as the car was filthy. Besides the aforementioned, the rest was well cleaned including pet hair removal. I suspect if you are coming with a relatively maintained car that hasn't been neglected for 5 years, your results will be vastly better, hence the 4 stars. They cleaned up a hell of a lot, but it wasn't perfect.Good customer service though. Would I choose them again? They did better than the last detailer I hired for a car we sold so it's possible. I have to consider that the job was mammoth so perhaps it is my own fault if everything couldn't be done as well as I hoped.
