I don’t know where to start: Carson is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He’s very knowledgeable on water softener’s and reverse osmosis systems. He answered every question I had and explained it in terms i could understand as well. Our water is so much softer and now we are getting the cleanest and basically chemically free water with the reverse osmosis system. After finding out the water we were drinking wasn’t as clean and safe as we thought, before our new R.O. was installed and it was questionable at best. Now we feel the difference and definitely taste the difference. Anytime you have work done and it’s installed by the owner of the company you are assured that it’s going to be done correctly….

We contacted Midwest Water Solutions, and Carson explained our options, including a reverse osmosis system and a nitrate filtration system.We decided to go with the nitrate filter so our entire house could have safe, treated water. We recently had a water softener and RO system installed by Midwest Water Solutions about a month ago, and the whole experience was excellent. Their pricing was very competitive, especially bundling both systems together. The installation itself was fast and efficient. The crew (one guy) was in and out within max of 3 hours from arrival to completion. Whoever answers their phones deserves a shoutout too; they were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions without any runaround. The entire process, from that first call to the finished install, was transparent and easy. They're a newer company so they don't have a huge review base yet, but we took a chance on them and are very glad we did. We'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a softener or RO system.
