Last year, I had to replace my previously installed Aqua Science R/O system. I was disappointed that the water was not as clear after the new installation vs the prior Aqua Science install. I have my R/O and hot water heater serviced every 10-11 months, so in September Aqua Science serviced the system. This preventative maintenance service call was performed by Joe Hules. Following his maintenance, I completely drained out our R/O twice during the time interval that Joe recommended. Our water is crystal clear! So what was the difference? Joe Hules was the difference! I was disappointed for 10+ months with the cloudiness of our water, and even considering tearing out the unit and having another company install a different R/O system. But then along came Joe, and our water is clear again! A company is only as good as its products and the people who install their products. Joe Hules for me is now the face of Aqua Science, and because of his expertise on my equipment, I rate Aqua Science with 5 stars!
