The therapy I have been receiving from Dr Sarah Arnold and other therapists has improved my right shoulder range of motion and has reduced the pain when I actively use it. I believe the shoulder manipulations that Sarah performs on my right shoulder are very helpful in those areas. Also she has started PT on my lumbar spine which I really need as I suffer from lumbar vertebra dextroscoliosis. I appreciate the dedication your therapeutic staff have shown me since I started there on July 06.Thank you,Gary Miller

I am so glad that I found green physical therapy!!I broke my wrist which resulted in needing surgery to insert a plate.I started physical therapy with this location 3 weeks ago and I'm very happy with the therapists that I've worked with, the atmosphere is very nice and the owner is so down to earth and approachable and you can tell that she's very concerned about her clientsIn regards to pricing, they are very reasonable. I am a cash-pay patient and they were the best and I called around to several locations before I selected them due to their pricing and their proximity to my home.Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience speaking with Sharon Q. from the Billing Department. She was exceptionally patient, professional, and thorough in explaining every detail I needed to understand. She took the time to answer my questions carefully and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.What stood out most was that Sharon never made me feel rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience. First time I called to reschedule/cancel an appointment because I didn’t receive a confirmation text or anything and got my times messed up I got attitude from the person who answered the phone. Second time I called to cancel appointments because I was leaving out of town I called numerous times and got no answer so I left a voicemail. I called back a few weeks later to finally reschedule my appointments and I was told I was discharged because of “no shows” when I called and left a message for them. It is not my fault they did not answer the phone to begin with. Very unprofessional and quick to drop you as a patient. That is fine, I will take my business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about this physical therapy team! From the very beginning, I’ve felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and supported. Everyone is knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping you feel better and get back to doing the things you love.What I appreciate most is that they don’t just go through the motions. They take the time to understand what’s going on, explain the “why” behind what we’re working on, and adjust treatment based on how I’m feeling and progressing. I always feel like I’m getting individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.The entire staff is welcoming and makes an experience that could easily feel like a chore actually enjoyable. The entire staff is so sweet and caring! Every time I come in I'm greeted with a smile and a "Hi Edie." It's such a joyful place to be in. Every PT that has worked on me has been great. Sara is wonderful & I will actually miss coming in to see all their smiling faces!I've had physical therapy in the past and nothing has been an experience quite like I have had at Green. I highly recommend this happy place even though some I'm sure are horrific pain. They will at least experience kindness and a caring attitude while they are cared for.

If you are in a wheelchair don't even bother wasting your time calling this place. I was turned down by Lisa telling me that someone in a wheelchair is not a good fit for their facility and I just looked at their pictures and it is a huge open very accessible building so for her to tell a paraplegic 23yrs in a wheelchair that it's not a good fit is Sad. Instead of saying come down and see if we can accommodate you nope quickly turned away.
