First time using More Than a fix for any of my appliance repairs. I own an apartment building in San Clemente and have cut through a couple different companies from the area usually because of ill mannered service techs. The tech from this company ( Kyle )was miles ahead of any one I've used, prompt, friendly, informative, and knew his stuff. Made me feel like he liked his job, but also liked his customer, and even engaged my tenant with the repair information. A real asset to the company.

I called More Than a Fix Appliance Repair and Elad came over literally the NEXT day to check on our double oven that is from the early 80's and has been causing issues! He provided me great service, checked over all the components and diagnosed where the rubber smell was coming from. He provided me cost effective options, and when it comes time for me to replace this unit there is no doubt in my mind we will be calling him for installation! I so appreciate the peace of mind he provided and great thorough but quick service.

I recently had my Front Load LG washer repaired by Kyle. He reviewed the washer knocking on spin. After opening up washer he concluded that it was the shocks that were worn. He was a very nice young man and he took his time to fix it correctly. I appreciated his expertise and timeliness in fixing my appliance.Trinidad

I left my phone at their San Clemente office on Wed this week for a screen repair and was told it'd be ready by Friday afternoon. I showed up Friday, but was told that there was a backtrack on parts ordered and I'd have to wait a few more days. However, one of the employees (I forgot her name) said that she could take my phone to their other location in Irvine later that night and that it'd be repaired by Saturday the next day. I work in SC but live in Laguna Hills so that worked out perfectly for me. More Than A Fix really went above and beyond to get the job done. Top quality service and just a great group of people there. Thank you!

My dryer was not working properly, I tried to remove the built up lint from the exhaust pipe but I was not able because it was too deep in the pipe. The worker accessed it through the back of the drier and a minutes later my dryer was up and running again. I was so glad that no parts had to be ordered.

First time using this company and found using Google/Yelp search. Elad (Tech) responded and serviced my broken Kitchaid refrigerator. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my home.My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue.Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday.Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending.Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs.I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

Mak is my life saver, she’s very pleasant and kind. Aside from doing an amazing job fixing my freezer, due to her diligence, even when I wasn’t answering the doorbell, she persisted and knocked the door so loud that woke me up, that saves my life. Excellent work plus service with kindness is definitely a hard combination to find nowadays. Forever grateful ❤️

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt that I needed to let everyone know how amazing we were treated by Elad at More Than A Fix service repair company for our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Over the past few months, our refrigerator has been acting up as it is reaching older age and we have had issues with things such as the compressor going out and leaks from condensation catchers. Elad was our technician in both instances, and not only did he know exactly what the issue was after just a few minutes of troubleshooting the problem, but he also had in stock the parts we needed in order to restore our refrigerator and freezer to working order the same day. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had other companies come out, take all day to find the problem, and then tell us it would take days (if not a week) to order the correct parts. I will say without a doubt that we will only be using Elad and his company for all of our appliance repairs from here on out. They were kind and only wanted to help, which is a rare thing in the service repair industry today, so we are extremely grateful for all of their help. Thank you Elad and team…A+++++++

We were on the fence about getting our washer fixed and sent away our repair person for two days before we realize that this was the best possible deal for our family. Not only did they honor the price that they gave us but they did an outstanding job of fixing the washing machine to the point of it feeling brand new again! Mak was excellent and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

Joel came to repair my refrigerator and dryer. He fixed the refrigerator problem I called about in minutes and also advised me the frig was on it's last leg and to not put any more $ in it. I wasn't surprised and appreciated the advice. He then diagnosed and fixed the dryer (which hadn't been working right for months) in what also seemed like minutes. I told him I'm so appreciative that I'm going to think of him every time I run the dryer! Joel was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He made the experience a breeze. I'm having him back next week to repair my dishwasher!

I needed a range igniter replaced and found this company via a Google search. They came out next day, arrived on time and had the correct OEM part to handle the replacement right there and then which my tenant was quite happy with.
