My dryer was not working properly, I tried to remove the built up lint from the exhaust pipe but I was not able because it was too deep in the pipe. The worker accessed it through the back of the drier and a minutes later my dryer was up and running again. I was so glad that no parts had to be ordered.

First time using this company and found using Google/Yelp search. Elad (Tech) responded and serviced my broken Kitchaid refrigerator. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my home.My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue.Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday.Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait.The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending.Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs.I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt that I needed to let everyone know how amazing we were treated by Elad at More Than A Fix service repair company for our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Over the past few months, our refrigerator has been acting up as it is reaching older age and we have had issues with things such as the compressor going out and leaks from condensation catchers. Elad was our technician in both instances, and not only did he know exactly what the issue was after just a few minutes of troubleshooting the problem, but he also had in stock the parts we needed in order to restore our refrigerator and freezer to working order the same day. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had other companies come out, take all day to find the problem, and then tell us it would take days (if not a week) to order the correct parts. I will say without a doubt that we will only be using Elad and his company for all of our appliance repairs from here on out. They were kind and only wanted to help, which is a rare thing in the service repair industry today, so we are extremely grateful for all of their help. Thank you Elad and team…A+++++++

Joel came to repair my refrigerator and dryer. He fixed the refrigerator problem I called about in minutes and also advised me the frig was on it's last leg and to not put any more $ in it. I wasn't surprised and appreciated the advice. He then diagnosed and fixed the dryer (which hadn't been working right for months) in what also seemed like minutes. I told him I'm so appreciative that I'm going to think of him every time I run the dryer! Joel was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He made the experience a breeze. I'm having him back next week to repair my dishwasher!

1995 Maytag, popping when lit. It took a couple trips to understand that not just one but 2 parts needed to be replaced. Kyle was very professional, patient, careful, informative and friendly. Works great again. The second part was replaced w no additional labor charge. Total cost might seem high but this is a quality item that likely has another 30 years in it.

I called them Wednesday and Kyle came out Thursday am, they sent text when he was on his way within the window time. It was easy to book and he fixed our oven issues perfectly. He even fixed a separate issue the oven door and got our llama pepper Shaker that was lost in the black hole that is the back of the oven in an extremely tight spot. Kyle was great, left everything clean and fixed our issue in under 2 hrs. The pricing was reasonable, stuck to the window time, and for the first time my dogs didn’t bark at a stranger. I really enjoy working with these guys. Appliance repairs can be tricky- all of the electronic parts and things that could go wrong can be difficult to diagnose, and very expensive to replace. I appreciated being able to set an appt very quickly and having someone come on schedule who knows their stuff and works hard to do the best, most thorough repair possible. For a fair, reasonable price! I had the pleasure of working with Joel to fix the evaporator on my built-in fridge and the repair involved welding and even repairs needed on factory issued brand new parts, but he was able to accomplish every single thing that needed to be done, and it works perfectly now. They work on all appliances, and I have full confidence to call them if any of my appliances have a problem in the future. Highly recommend! 👌🏽
