We had More Than a Fix out to look at our washing machine. Took her (Mac) 5 minutes to determine it was our sewer that was backed up, not the washer. So we had her look at our freezer. In 10 minutes she knew exactly what was wrong. (Note: we'd had 2 other repair people out who said we needed a new motherboard. Nope. It was a solenoid.) They had to order the part, then came back 3 days later and fixed it. Prices were reasonable. So now we know who to call!

So happy with the service at More Than a Fix!! Mak came to our house in San Juan Capistrano on a Sunday and was very knowledgeable about our problem. Unfortunately our washer is terminally ill. Mak gave us some great information that we used to select a new unit. Thank you for coming out on such short notice!!!

We have an old built in refrigerator that stopped making ice, among other things. I called More Than a Fix on a Sunday and they came out Monday afternoon. While the first diagnosis (the least expensive fix) didn't completely fix the problem, they worked with us on price to purchase the more expensive part that was needed. Dimitri, our service provider, was smart, nice and very thorough. He wouldn't leave until he knew it was fixed. I also received a followup call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Will definitely use them again.

Our built in refrigerator stopped cooling. We contacted More Than A Fix and they responded immediately. They had a tech at our door the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the fix, and were in their way. The fix was efficient and reasonable.We would call them next time without hesitation…this is our new appliance service and we will be loyal customers!

Elad, the service repair man was amazing. He knew how to fix our stove, coffee machine and our fridge… all 3 are different brands. He had to order parts, came back and everything working perfectly for the holidays. I’m so glad I found him and will call him from now on with anything that needs to be serviced or repaired in regards to all our appliances. Thank you!
