I have had the pleasure of working with Cassye for almost a year now. I have come so far in not only weight loss and nutrition knowledge but probably most importantly my increase in strength, balance, and stamina as I’m nearing my 60th decade! I have never been athletic or participated in any form of regular exercise so I was very hesitant that I could do this. Not only have I continued for just short of a year, seeing her 2-3 days a week but I actually find myself looking forward to our sessions! Trust me when I say that this is something I NEVER thought would be such an important part of my week or that I would actually enjoy exercising! As we’ve come to know each other, she is so knowledgeable in what exercises are most beneficial to my needs and it is more than helpful to have her guidance in not only what to do, but HOW to do it and how many reps or weight that is needed to keep my progress moving forward. She never pushes too much but just enough while making sure that nothing is hurting along the way. She is such a great cheerleader, motivator, counselor and friend! I can’t imagine doing this journey with any other trainer nor do I plan to stop with her any time in the near future! She encourages me to become the best version of me and for that I am forever grateful! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
