Most important is they were on time. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Will be using them again.

Jon and his team did an amazing job with our pre-winter HVAC maintenance! He truly went above and beyond, even fixing an issue with our panel and following up afterward to make sure we understood everything. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and thorough. He also took the time to let us know about an update we could consider to help optimize our HVAC during the summer months—never pushy or trying to sell us something, just genuinely helpful and informative. We really appreciated the extra effort and level of care. Highly recommend Jon and his team!

Jon did the new ducting in our addition, he went out of his way to make sure it was high quality and installed properly. I highly recommend him and his company. As a local owner, Jon’s business is key to our area as compared to most of the large private equity HVAC companies in Oxford.

I had RAD Homes perform general service and maintenance on my heater and air conditioning systems. They showed up on time, were very personable, kept my house clean, and did a great job! I will continue to use their services and refer them to all of my friends and family!

Just had them come out for a service call. They sent me a text when they were on their way!! They spotted the problem right away and went above and beyond to fix it!! I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and neighbors!! GREAT JOB!!Susan C.

Jon gave a great price for my new heat pump system. His crew was professional and did a quality installation.

John and Cole made time on a rainy Sunday to come out and service our AC. They stayed way overtime to iron out all of the kinks in our temperamental system and went above and beyond to make sure our family stayed nice and cool this summer. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased, or recommend their work more highly.

I cannot recommend them enough. I have a 26 year old hvac system that started making a lot of noise a couple weeks ago. And then it gave up in the middle of July. They identified the issue and fixed it without trying to upsell on a new system but were still realistic about the current one. Overall very nice guys and great pricing and service, we will absolutely go to them when it’s time to replace.
