I honestly don’t even know where to start with this company.Our neighbor hired Integrity Lawns to remove some large trees, and what should have been a few days of work turned into OVER A MONTH. Every single day there was a different truck and different people showing up. There were people working at 9pm, on weekends, bringing families, and even out cutting logs in the dark during a thunderstorm. We found out this was because the owner, John, made a Facebook post asking anyone to come help on this job for cash. He did not have his own consistent crew coming. Every day someone new would show up and no one knew what was actually supposed to be done because John was never on the job.But the biggest issue isn’t even how long it took. It’s the damage they caused to OUR property in the process.Our yard was completely torn up from equipment, our asphalt driveway was damaged, they ripped a huge portion out of one of our mature trees, and they even cut down another tree that was on our property without ever asking us.My husband reached out to John, the owner, simply asking to meet and discuss the damage. Instead of being willing to come look at anything, John told him we should be GRATEFUL our neighbor paid a fortune to remove a tree that was a danger to our house (if it were to fall), then asked how much we were going to chip in toward the bill because that would determine how much he wanted to help us. MIND BLOWING.We absolutely appreciate our neighbor having the tree removed. We have a great relationship with our neighbor. That was never the issue. But that doesn’t mean a company gets to damage someone else’s property and then act like they’re doing them a favor.My husband reached out again requesting his liability insurance information and even offered to arrange a time for him to come inspect the damage. Nothing.It’s now October 8th. The workers are gone, John has never once come to look at our property, we’ve received no further communication, and we’re left with the insane amount of damage.I can’t speak for the people who actually hired him, but as the neighboring property owners who had to deal with the aftermath, this has been an absolutely ridiculous experience. I would not recommend this company. It was by FAR the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience with a company I have ever seen.

John came over this morning to remove 3 stumps on my front lawn. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when I initially called Integrity Lawns. We also discussed a future paver project while he was here. I plan to work with John in the future and I recommend giving him a call about your needs.

John is great! I moved out of my rental house and had taken my mower and needed the grass cut and he did it no problem, even though it was only one time. And then, my mom needed a regular person for lawn care and he was happy to take up the chore on a biweekly basis! Thanks John!
