They made me feel so comfortable during my repair and took the time to go over everything with me after fixing my trim (they even buffed out some light scratches on the trim for me without me asking) I came to them based off of reviews and after also seeing they’re a family business and I’m so glad I did! Couldn't be any more happier and satisfied with the quality of the job they did, and that too at a very reasonable price. The rear passenger door needed to be replaced after a mishap, and they got it done in just 3 days. It looks like new as if nothing ever happened. The whole process was smooth and easy, just like their name, and they delivered the vehicle before the day it was promised. This is a family owned business and Preston and Candice were a delight to work with. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. They took care of the job and the car as if it was one of their own cars. Can't recommend this place enough if u r in need for some body work, or paint job.The only complain I have is that they don't do all the other car services for which I have to go to the other shops :)

This collision center is truly phenomenal. They have great customer service, workmanship, and attention to detail. They even detailed the vehicle inside and out before they gave it back! By far the best service I’ve ever had working with an auto repair shop of any kind. These people truly care. While my vehicle was being fixed, a huge tree crashed on the roof of their home and they still keep working to make sure my car was fixed as soon as possible. Highly recommend!They are a wonderful family owned business, who truly care about you and your vehicle. I've had sub par experiences at some other collision centers around Houston and really just thought that was the way all collision centers are, but Preston and his team totally proved that there are places that do excellent work and care about you too!
