Dimitry took my call at 7:30pm on a Friday after I spilled half a gallon of latex paint on the passenger side floor of my SUV due to a hard brake. Call several but he was only one to get me an appointment next day based on a photo and told me to remove mat and to pressure wash it. Got the SUV back next day 5pm in very good condition after booking a detailing package with an extra fee for paint removal. Customer service and knowledge level was impressive.

I took my car in for an interior detailing and smoke smell removal left by the previous owner. They were super detailed about the process and followed up with me to make sure that the smell was out.
