As our house approached 25 years in age, I knew it was time to look at replacing the roof. I thought at the same time we would look to replace the gutters and increase the size of the gutters. I did a bit of research and selected four companies to give me quotes for the work. Resort Exteriors was one of the four. While I was happy with all the companies in the estimation process, I was particularly impressed with Resort Exteriors. Cameron Mitchell, who prepared the estimate, was top notch, he spent more time on the roof and with me answering any questions and turned around the quote in a rapid fashion. Cameron also pointed out a number of things to consider moving forward. In addition, Resort Exterior gave me the lowest price, for what I considered, the best material selection. I particularly liked the fact that this was definitely not a pressure sale approach. The price was given and questions were answered. I found the scheduling process as easy as the initial pricing. The job was scheduled quickly and the work completed with no issues. The crews that did the actual installation were great, the roofers, the gutter installation team, and the team that replaced the fascia (which we added to the work scope). The quality of work was top notch! I would be remiss not to give kudos to Freddie and Andy who we actively involved in overseeing the installation process. Great team, great overall process, and great pricing!
