We have had the absolute best experience with Pengu Swim School! The entire team is incredibly kind, helpful, and organized.What really stands out to me is their stellar customer service. Whenever I call to figure out our hectic schedule or make adjustments, they never rush me. They always take the time to listen, accommodate our family, and make the logistics completely stress-free.Our daughter loves her classes, and as a parent, I couldn't ask for a more supportive and well-run environment. Highly recommend Pengu to any family looking for fantastic swim instruction!

Been coming here for 10 years… first baby classes, then beginner through advanced swim lessons. Took a break after Covid and now we come back for their summer swim clinics which I think are a great way to start out the summer and make sure the kids remember and practice their proper swim techniques. I’m amazed at how clean and well kept the place is even after 10 years… clearly very well loved and managed!

We started our 3 year old at Pengu a little over a month ago. She had very little swim experience and could/would only swim with floaties on. We have absolutely loved Pengu and have seen an extraordinary improvement during the short time she’s been there. She can hold her breath, swim back and forth to my husband and I, get in and out of the pool via the ledge by herself, back float, jump in the pool, etc. They know exactly what to do there! Coach Diana is so amazing! My daughter is absolutely in love with her. Whenever we swim together now, she’ll tell me “Coach Diana does it like this, Coach Diana taught me this, etc.” Pengu is the highlight of her week. I wish we started her there sooner!

Pengu has been incredible for our son the past couple years, helping instill confidence and safety while swimming. Pengu has the best instructors and staff which have been great for working through the natural difficulties of any organized activity with a toddler. Can't recommend enough!

Pengu swim school has been great for my kids. My daughters (now 7&9) have been going the past year and have excelled significantly. We started with coach Bill who really helped them get over their initial fears, under water hesitance and gain major confidence in the water. After taking a winter break we are now training with coach Owen who has pushed them past their plateaus. They are now able to swim across the lane (with guidance of course), which was a major self esteem booster for them. Special shout out to coach Nick, coach Kendall and front of house operator Felicia. Nick is actually a supervisor but substitutes when needed. He’s helped my daughters with tips, support and is always looking out for everyone in general. Coach Kendall substituted for us in the past and really encouraged the girls to push their limits in a fun way, leaving a big impact on them. Felicia has always been real attentive with all of our needs, questions, membership info and overall experience. I can’t remember all the staff’s names but everyone deserves credit. Restrooms and changing rooms are well maintained. From pool maintenance, instructors, life guards, facilities management, back lawn care, they’ve got a great team. It feels like we’re part of a small community at Pengu and I’m happy to write a 5 star review for them.
